This policy explains what information I collect when you use baselawwad.com or book a session, and how I use it.
What I collect
- When you book: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form. Booking is handled by Cal.com.
- When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
- When you message me: if you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I receive your phone number or email address and your message.
- During sessions: I may keep brief notes to support your coaching. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in writing.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How I use it
Only to schedule and run your sessions, take payment, reply to you and keep basic business records. I do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching stays between us. The only exception is if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if the law requires disclosure.
How long I keep it
Session notes and booking records are kept for up to three years after our last session, then deleted. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing info@baselawwad.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
