By booking a call or session, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sessions are one-on-one life coaching held online by video call, in English or Arabic. Coaching is not therapy, counseling or medical care. See the coaching disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book.
Payment
Paid sessions are paid in full by card when you book. Prices are shown in US dollars on the booking page.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- More than 24 hours before your session: reschedule or cancel for free. Cancellations get a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: the session is charged in full. I may offer one reschedule as a courtesy.
- No-show: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the session counts as used.
- If I need to cancel: you can choose a new time or a full refund.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after coaching. Coaching supports your thinking; it does not guarantee any particular result.
